1.3 The Company provides handcrafted wooden goods and related products. Because each item is made with natural timber, slight variations in colour, grain, and dimensions should be expected.

2.2 To access certain features—such as order history or wish‑lists—you may register for an account through our WooCommerce platform. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Orders, Pricing & Payment

4.1 All prices shown on the Site are listed in £ Sterling and are inclusive/exclusive of VAT as indicated. Shipping costs, taxes, and any applicable duties will be added at checkout.

4.2 By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product subject to these Terms. All orders are subject to acceptance by the Company. We may refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.

5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1 Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are presented at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Custom or made‑to‑order items may have longer lead times.

5.2 Risk of loss and title pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged or lost shipments.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

6.1 We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

6.2 Certain products—including custom‑engraved or made‑to‑measure items—are non‑returnable unless defective.

7.1 We strive to display colours and images of our products accurately, but cannot guarantee that your device’s display will reflect colours precisely.

7.2 All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and product designs—is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual‑property laws.

12.2 Handcrafted wooden items naturally vary in appearance. Minor knots, colour variations, or dimensional tolerances are not considered defects.

12.3 Wood, being a natural product, is prone to moving, cracking, swelling, shrinking over the years depending on temperature and moisture in the air, and needs maintaining over time. We can take no liability for the environmental development of defects after a product is received by the customer.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services or purchase of products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

16. Dispute Resolution – Informal & ADR

If we cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to mediation administered by the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) before resorting to litigation.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any order confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
